SSC CHSL(10+2) RECRUITMENT 2024 : On April 8, 2024, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) published the SSC CHSL 2024 notification, which enabled the online application form link. It takes around a month for candidates to finish their online applications. To save yourself from last-minute worry, make sure you have the paperwork needed to complete the SSC CHSL 2024 application form.

Required Documents for SSC CHSL(10+2) Recruitment 2024 -

Applicants must ensure that the date of birth listed on the admission certificate corresponds to the date of birth on the given photo ID or certificate. If the Photo Identity Card does not include the candidate's date of birth, they must provide an additional original document (such as a Matriculation Certificate, CBSE/ICSE/State Boards Marks Sheet, Birth Certificate, or Category Certificate).

Required Documents for SSC CHSL 2024 :

The SSC published guidelines, including dimensions and picture size, for uploading the candidate's photo and signature. The following guidelines should be kept in mind by candidates before starting the SSC CHSL application procedure.

  1. Photo 
  2. Signature

File Dimensions : 

  • Dimension of Photo : 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (Height)
  • Dimension of Signature : 4.0 cm (width) x 3.0 cm (height)

File Size & File Format : 

  • Size of Photo : 20-50kb (JPEG)
  • Size of Signature :10-20kb (JPEG)

Note :- Photo and Signature, both should be in JPEG format

List of Documents and Admit Card Needed for SSC CHSL - 

Before registering for the SSC CHSL 2022 Examination, candidates must confirm that they meet the qualifying conditions. It should also be noted that the application form must be submitted online via the official website. When completing an online application, you must provide certain papers. The list of documents necessary for the SSC CHSL is given below.

  1. Two Passport size photographs
  2. Original valid  ID proof(photo) with Date of Birth (as printed on the Admission Certificate) For this purpose, any of the following can be taken into consideration:

  • Aadhaar Card/ E-Aadhaar(printout)
  • Voter’s ID Card
  • Driving License
  • PAN Card
  • Passport
  • ID Card issued by (University/ College/ School)
  • Employer ID Card (Government/ PSU)
  • Ex-Serviceman Discharge Book provided by the Ministry of Defense
  • Any additional picture with a legitimate ID card that has been issued by the central government or state government.

All applicants must submit the following documents :

  1. Class 10th Passing Certificate
  2. Class 12th Passing Certificate
  3. If an applicant has an equivalent qualification, they must present a letter or order verifying their educational background from the relevant authority.
  4. A certificate attesting to the candidates' caste or category.
  5. A document attesting to the physical disability (for candidates in the PwD category).

➤ As mentioned in the SSC's official notification. The following things should be remembered. 

  • The candidate must present a second original document as proof of their date of birth if it is not printed on their Photo Identity Card. Examples of such documents include a Matriculation Certificate, a Marks Sheet exclusively provided by CBSE/ICSE/ State Boards, a Birth Certificate, or a Category Certificate. If the date of birth on the admission certificate does not match the photo ID or certificate that is submitted as proof of date of birth, the candidate will not be allowed to sit the exam.
  • PwD candidates utilizing the scribes' services also had to bring a photocopy of the scribe's ID and the necessary medical records, such as an undertaking or medical certificate. If candidates do not have these documents, they will not be permitted to take the test.
  • Candidates must bring any supplementary documentation indicated on their admission certificate with them when taking the exam.
  • Applications containing inaccurate photos or signatures will not be accepted.

SSC CHSL(10+2) RECRUITMENT 2024 : Eligibility Criteria :

Below are the requirements to be eligible for the SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Exam in 2024. 

Educational Qualification : 

A candidate must have passed Intermediate exam from recognized board (State /Central board) with Science, Commerce or Arts stream.

Age Limit : 

A  candidate cannot be younger than 18 or older than 27. There would be a 3-year and 5-year upper age relaxation for OBC and SC/ST, respectively.
